The Stone Center of New Jersey is currently participating with the insurance companies listed below. The patient is responsible for any co-pay, deductible and/or coinsurance. This pertains only to The Stone Center’s facility fees. For Physician’s fees, please contact your Urologist’s office directly. The Stone Center of New Jersey will verify your insurance coverage and contact you to discuss before your procedure. Please feel free to contact your insurance company with any questions you may have about your coverage. It is your responsibility to pay any balance (i.e. deductible, co-pay, coinsurance). If payment is required on the day of treatment, the following forms of payment are accepted: money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.

For your convenience, The Stone Center will submit a claim to your insurance carrier.

Patients who do not have health insurance coverage must contact Insurance Verification at 973-564-6226 to make payment arrangements.

On the day of your procedure you will be asked to provide your health insurance card, and a form of picture identification.

Very thorough, clean, complete, focused, pre- and post-op follow ups were excellent. COVID-19 precautions taken. My commute was easy and the directions great.
