Full-Time Surgical Technologist – The Stone Center of NJ

The Stone Center of NJ has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Surgical Technologist. As a key member of our perioperative team, the Surgical Technologist will assist urologists in cystoscopic, ureteroscopic, and biopsy procedures, including laser lithotripsy and prostate biopsy procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in urologic procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient safety
  • Turn over procedure rooms, clean, and disinfect equipment
  • Transport equipment for sterilization
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
  • Support additional activities in a same-day surgical environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program
  • Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

About The Stone Center of NJ

As one of the largest urological facilities in the country, The Stone Center provides lithotripsy and other urological services to over 3,500 patients from northern New Jersey annually. We are licensed by the State of New Jersey and accredited by The Joint Commission.

📍 Location: The Stone Center of NJ is located on the campus of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences in Newark.
